These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods at Vela Nordic

Vela Nordic is operated by je.dk A / S, CVR no. 25438621

When you buy goods on Vela Nordic, you also accept these conditions, and you are therefore obliged to review the conditions thoroughly before ordering goods on Vela Nordic.

Conclusion of agreement

Once you have placed an order on Vela Nordic, you will automatically receive an email stating which items you have ordered. This email is only an electronic receipt that je.dk has received your order, and no legally binding agreement has been entered into between you and je.dk.

 

prices
The prices are stated in EURO incl. VAT.

Prices are exclusive of delivery costs.

 

Payment and delivery
We accept payment with Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, MobilePay.
The amount is deducted when the order is shipped. If there is no coverage on your payment card, je.dk reserves the right to cancel your order. Should this happen, you will be informed.

The order is shipped 5-7 working days after ordering. In some cases, there may be a longer delivery time, eg in connection with backorders. Should this happen, you will always contact by phone or email. On the individual products

We send all orders with GLS and deliver throughout Denmark.

Cancellation of order
As long as the order is not packed and shipped, you can cancel the order by contacting us on 9694 3013.

 

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel an agreement without justification within 30 days. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or another person of your choice receives physical possession of the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

The withdrawal period is complied with if you send your notification that you regret the purchase before the withdrawal period has expired.
In case of cancellation of the purchase, a copy of the order confirmation must always be sent.

Without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 days. Items can not be sent per. cash on delivery or without delivery. You must pay for the return of the item yourself.

It is not possible to exchange items purchased in the webshop. If you want other items, please return purchased items, after which you will be refunded the amount. Then you can place another order in the webshop.

 

Refund of the purchase amount
When you regret, we will refund all payments received from you, except delivery costs, any delivery costs, if you return the entire order.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received your notice of cancellation. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods returned, or until you have submitted documentation that the goods have been returned.

We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

Please enclose a copy of the invoice, order confirmation or enclose a piece of paper with your information including the order number. It will facilitate our expedition considerably.

You are only liable for a possible deterioration of the value of the goods, which is due to another handling of the goods than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and how it works.

You may normally inspect the item in the same way as you can and may in a store, but you may not use it. If you have used it in a way that you are not allowed or can in business and we can not sell it again, or can not sell it at full price again, you must expect us to deduct the impairment in the amount you must have left. If the item no longer has trade value, we will not refund the purchase amount. You must return the item in the original packaging.

You should also make sure that the item is securely wrapped when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/goods until we receive it. Ask for and therefore save the postal receipt and track and trace number.
